Die schöne Liegenschaft ist in einer ruhigen Straße, hat eine perfekte Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und ist stadtnah. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was du für deinen Aufenthalt benötigst. Das Schlafzimmer ist separat vom Wohnzimmer und ist abschließbar. Darin ist ein Bett in den Maßen 90cmx200cm und du findest von uns bereits die Bettwäsche, Kissen und Bettdecke vor. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein großes Sofa, Teppich, Couchtisch, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen sowie ein Sideboard und ein Smart TV in 55". In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was du zum Kochen brauchst: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Nespressokapsel Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser und Tassen. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett stellen wir dir zur Verfügung, damit du immer top gepflegt aussiehst. Einen Eimer mit Wischmopp und der Staubsauger helfen dir beim Saubermachen. Der Waschtrockner ist im Waschraum im Keller und bietet genug Platz, um deine Wäsche zu trocknen. Bei Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses wird eine administrative Pauschale in Höhe von 25 % des Mietpreises von der Kaution abgezogen, sofern der Mieter die Wohnung ordnungsgemäß gereinigt übergibt. Erfolgt keine Reinigung durch den Mieter, erhöht sich die administrative Pauschale auf 40 % des Mietpreises, die von der Kaution abgezogen wird.
